By accessing or using Formula Genius (the "Service"), a service operated by DEXIUM LABS LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Formula Genius provides AI-assisted outputs for spreadsheet formulas, SQL, and scripts. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability or comply with platform requirements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Usage Limits

Free usage may be subject to daily limits or quotas. We may adjust limits to prevent abuse or to maintain service reliability.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may change with notice. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your prompts and data. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and generate outputs to provide the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for unlawful activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. Generated Outputs

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying outputs before use. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (for example OpenAI, authentication providers, and payment processors). Their terms may apply to your use.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, and underlying software are owned by DEXIUM LABS LLC d/b/a Formula Genius and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEXIUM LABS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DEXIUM LABS LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time for violations or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DEXIUM LABS LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
